Do I have to pay VAT(Value Added Taxes)?

Can you source any watch?

While we may not be able to find every specific watch. Please message us here and we will do our best to find the watch for you at a price you approve of. 

How do you ship my watch?

Your watch will always be fully insured and sent as fast as possible via EMS from Japan Post.

What methods of payment do you accept?

We accept PayPal, or major credit cards if purchasing from our website. We can also accept cash or Wise.

How do you pack my watch to guarantee safety during shipment?

We pack all our watches to the brim of the box with stuffing and bubble wrap. We also wrap the watch inside its own box with bubble wrap. We pride ourselves on safe shipping and will do everything in our power to keep your watch safe during its trip.

What is your return policy?
